PURPOSE: A mobile terminal and a method for processing a processor thereof are provided to execute a function without building database even though the function requires database building. CONSTITUTION: A first controller(180) controls overall operation of a terminal. A second controller(185) builds database of multimedia contents under the first controller control in the back ground. A memory(165) stores the multimedia contents. If an interrupt generates in the second controller building database in the back ground, the first controller processes the interrupt. The first controller indicates an indicator informing the back ground processing of the second controller.
