PURPOSE: Facilities for decreasing a non-point pollution source are provided to deposit a precipitate on a bottom to filter a floating foreign substance through an absorbing tank to dredging the precipitate by air lifting, thereby maximally filtering a non-point pollutant in rain water. CONSTITUTION: An inlet(15) for rainwater inflow is placed on one side of a wall(12) of the first precipitation tank(20). The first precipitation tank forms a fixed space by internal partitions(14a,14d). Rainwater paths(14a1,14b1,14c1) are formed in the partitions. The second precipitation tank(30) forms a fixed space by a right partition(14b). An absorbing filter(42) is arranged inside an absorbing tank(40). An outlet(16) is formed on a partition surface of a discharging tank(50). |
