USING SYMMETRIC LAYER ENCRYPTION/DECRYPTION THE SAME RC6 ALGORITHM OF METHOD

PURPOSE: An encryption/decryption process identification design method of a RC 6 algorithm is provided to improve the operation speed of software and hardware by constituting a symmetric terminal into a simple logic operation. CONSTITUTION: A symmetric terminal structure is applied to a RC6 algorithm. The RC6 decoding algorithm and RC6 decoding algorithm are used without change. A cipher algorithm is used in half the entire round. A decoding algorithm is used for the remaining 1/2 round. The calculation of the symmetric terminal is inserted into a middle part where a cipher algorithm is changed into a decoding algorithm. The symmetric terminal is executed one time.
