PURPOSE: A solid electrolytic condenser and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maximize the volumetric efficiency of a condenser element by attaching a terminal reinforcing material to the lower part of the condenser element. CONSTITUTION: A condenser element(110) has a polarity. One end of an anode wire(111) is inserted into the condenser element. A cathode lead-out layer(120) is formed in the outer surface of the condenser element. A terminal reinforcing material(150) is combined with the lower surface of the condenser element. A liquid epoxy resin is filled between the terminal reinforcing materials. A molding part(130) surrounds the outer peripheral surface of the condenser element. An anode terminal and a cathode terminal are formed in the two side parts of the molding part and the lower surface of the terminal reinforcing material.
