PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable metastin derivative having excellent bioactivity (cancer metastasis suppressing activity, cancer growth suppressing activity, gonadotrophic hormone secretion stimulating activity, sex hormone secretion stimulating activity, etc.). SOLUTION: The metastin derivative is obtained by substituting an amino acid constituting metastin with a specific amino acid, whereby stability and solubility in blood, etc. are more improved, gelation tendency is reduced, pharmacokinetics are improved, and excellent cancer metastasis suppressing activity and cancer growth suppressing activity are also exhibited.
