Method for determination of distribution of electro-physical heterogeneities in crystalline materials by means of displacement of electrodes with respect to surface of sample, with simultaneous measurement in alternating electric field of electro-physical parameters of those. At that on flat electrode one places reference sample with thicknesswith uniform distribution of dielectric permittivityand coefficient of dielectric losses, values of which are known before, on the other surface of reference sample one places electrode in form of ball, with measurement of electric capacityand tangent of angle of dielectric lossesof system electrodes – reference sample. One removes the reference sample and with renewal of distance between the flat electrode and electrode in shape of ball that is equal to, one measures electric capacityand tangent of angle of dielectric lossesof system electrode in form of a ball – flat electrode, with calculation of coefficientsandaccording to formulas(1). (2)After that on the flat electrode one places sample under investigation with thicknessand with displacement with respect to its surface of electrode in shape of ball for each i-th position of the electrode one measures electric capacityand tangent of angle of dielectric lossesof system electrodes – sample under investigation, with determination of local values of dielectric permittivity and coefficient of dielectric losses according to formulas, (3), (4)In which:- thickness of sample,- electric constant,- electric capacity and tangent of angle of dielectric losses of system of electrodes and connecting wires,- effective area,- effective coefficient of losses. |
