PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleic acid analysis device obtained by forming a stable complex of a primer, a template and a polymerase while keeping polymerase function under conditions of no addition of nucleotide and immobilizing the complex to a substrate, an to provide a method and an apparatus for nucleic acid analysis using the nucleic acid analysis device. SOLUTION: The method for nucleic acid analysis includes a step for subjecting a complex containing a primer, a template, and a polymerase immobilized to a substrate and a single strand binding protein to nucleic acid analysis.
