PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly acquire time information from a radio access network. SOLUTION: The radio communication device 1 has a radio communication section 1a, and a control section 1b. The radio communication section 1a searches for connectable radio access networks, connects to at least one radio access network, and receives notification information of the connected radio access network. The control section 1b connects the radio communication section 1a to a radio access network 2 detected by search, checks whether the time information is included in the notification information 2a; and when the time information is not included, the radio communication section 1a is connected to a radio access network 3 detected by the search.
