PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silica fine particle which does not contain impurities derived from a raw material or a catalyst and can be stably preserved even in a solvent. SOLUTION: A hybrid fine particle is composed of silica and organic matter and is characterized in that the inner shell of the hybrid fine particle is the organic matter and the outer shell thereof is a silica layer.
