PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray analyzing apparatus, including an electromotive lock mechanism with high reliability locking a shield door so as to prevent it from opening during the period of irradiation with X rays. SOLUTION: A support section 12 holding a solenoid 14 is held by a package 3 via a blade spring 31, and a projecting mandrel 15 is pushed, to move by a latch plate 11 and hit to stop against a stopper 13. Accordingly, the force exerting to the mandrel 15 of the solenoid 14 constituting the electromotive lock mechanism is spring force due to the blade spring 31; and the control force beyond a withstand load by a push button 16 is not repeatedly applied to the mandrel 15 of the projecting solenoid 14, and the X-ray analyzing apparatus can be provided including the reliable electromotive lock mechanism.
