<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress reduction in yield by keeping quality even when a print method is used. <P>SOLUTION: A touch panel, which is formed on one surface of a substrate 1 and includes a plurality of first electrodes 10 and a plurality of second electrodes 20 which are extended in intersecting directions, is manufactured. A method for manufacturing a touch panel includes: an electrode film formation process for forming, on the substrate, the plurality of first electrodes and electrode films with a shape to divide and separate the second electrodes at intersection parts K with the first electrodes; an insulating film forming process for forming insulating films 30 by using the print method at least on the first electrodes at the intersection parts; and a bridge wiring forming process for forming, by using the print method, bridge wiring 21, which connects the second electrodes separated at the intersection parts via insulating films. The insulating film forming process includes: a heating process for heating a discharge head for discharging the liquid drops of a function liquid, based on the flow property of the function liquid including an insulating film forming material; and a discharge process for discharging the heated function liquid to the substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
