<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an athlete to effectively utilize data obtained from performance in the past in a program product, a method and a system for providing fitness monitoring service. <P>SOLUTION: The method for providing a user of portable fitness monitoring service with heart rate information includes steps of: (a) defining a plurality of heart rate zones as ranges of percentages of a maximum heart rate; (b) assigning a color to each of the heart rate zones; (c) receiving the heart rate information from the user; and (d) providing graphical display of the heart rate information, wherein a color of a partial region of the graphical display corresponds with the color assigned to one of the heart rate zones, and the steps (a)-(d) are executed using at least one processor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
