PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive plate constructed with a reduced weight to actualize an effective axial fluctuation. SOLUTION: The drive plate includes a plurality of connection members 14 for making a connection between the outer periphery side of a center rotary plate 12 and the inner periphery side of a ring gear 13. Deflection due to bending force is produced in each connection member 14 against an actual fluctuation to absorb the axial fluctuation.
