摘要
本发明公开了一种具有中间导电层的触控面板及其制作方法,属于触控面板复合层结构及其制程技术领域。本发明在对感应层蚀刻中引入网格图案非导电区域来降低蚀刻痕迹,减少蚀刻废液利于环保。在加工触控面板过程中,充分利用光阻蚀刻技术对触控面板实现不同深度层面精密加工,并且加入中介导电层起到保护导电材料作用,也提高导电材料的附着力。
