PURPOSE: A compositions for sterilization and disinfection comprising a silver-ammonia complex ion is provided to help a user to keep the composition for long time through sterilization using small amount of silver. CONSTITUTION: A compositions for sterilization and disinfection contains: silver - ammonia complex ion of 5~1000 wt ppm; component 3~50 weight% which is formed with of more than one group of plant extraction oil, glycerin fatty acid, ester, glycerine; sodium carbonate(Na2CO3); and water.
