AN ANTI-REFLECTION FILM AND A POLARIZING PLATE USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An anti-reflection film and a polarizing plate using the same are provided to obtain high scratch resistance and glare resistance. CONSTITUTION: A hard coat layer(13) and a low refractive layer(14) are formed on a film without an optical anisotropy. A TAC(Tri-acetyl-cellulose) film(12) is formed on the plane of a polarizer(11). An adhesive layer(16,16') is formed on both sides of a polarizer.
