PURPOSE: A method for transmitting and managing paper document using fax relaying system which connects a facsimile with a fax server is provided to conveniently manage paper document transmission through a facsimile. CONSTITUTION: An electronic facsimile server and FRS apparatus are connected via PSTN line. The FRS apparatus inspects the user authentication to transfer TIF transformed data to a server and manages the TIF data. A facsimile is connected to the FRS. In the facsimile, transmitting a paper document follows a predetermined way to dial.
