PURPOSE: An apparatus for tracking sunlight using projected shadow and a web-based control method of monitoring the tracking of sunlight are provided to create luminance difference between a part on which light is emitted and a part on which light is emitted. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for tracking sunlight using projected shadow comprises a sunlight tracking module(110) and a main body module(120). The sunlight tracking module comprises first and second luminance sensors for measuring the longitude of the sun. The sunlight tracking module comprises third and fourth luminance sensors for measuring the latitude of the sun. The first and the second luminance sensor are placed in a part on which a projected shadow is not formed. The main body module connects to the sunlight tracking module.
