PURPOSE: An aptamer containing a single strand DNA which specficially binds to CEA is provided to maintaining long-term activation. CONSTITUTION: An aptamer for CEA(carcinoembryonic antigen) contains a polynucleotide having DNA sequence of sequence number 1. The aptamer for CEA contains a polynucleotide having DNA sequence of sequence number 2. The aptamer for CEA contains a polynucleotide having DNA sequence of sequence number 3. The CEA is a tumor marker.
