<p>The invention can be used in the organization of pile foundations under the newly build buildings and constructions, and in the construction of towers as well. Moreover, it can be used in the tele- and radio-towers construction, whose foundations work with alternating load. As a body 1 of the pile, the pipes made from steel, high-strength cast iron, glass-fibre plastic or concrete are used. They are screwed up into the soil at a total depth with the help of a blade 2. Through the hollows part of the pile body 1, the injector 3 is hammered into the soil, whose lower part is perforated 4. Under the definite pressure through the perforated part 4 of injector 3 fastening solution is pumped into the soi. The fastening solutions can consist of ''Mikrodur'' (is preferable) liquid glass with a fastener, tars with a fastener. After the pumping of fastening solutions under the lower end of the pile an area of fastened soil 5 is created, whose durability is dozens of times more than in case of neighbours lying soils. The calculation of quatity of fastening solutions and their zone of spreading in the soil is determined by formulas used in the construction. After pumping the solutions in the soils, the pile is then screwed up in the fixed zone 5 at a depth till 0,5 meters. This lets to fasten the pile with the fixed soil very tightly. Owing to he fact that the lower part of the pile is widened, the load-carrying ability is increasing in several times and geometrical parameters of piles remain minimal.</p> |
