PURPOSE: A solar collecting apparatus is provided to increase heat collection efficiency of solar energy, since heat collectors, installed on a sub heat collecting plate, are serially connected for the increment of heat-collecting capacity. CONSTITUTION: A solar collecting apparatus comprises heat collecting plates(100,100-1) and a heat collector(1200). The heat collecting plate is integrated with sub heat collecting plates(100a,100b) of a half circle form. The heat collecting plate is installed around a first rotary shaft(200) cross-coupled with a second rotary shaft(300). The heat collector is parallel along a rectangular opening. The opening is longitudinally formed on the sub heat collecting plate. A fluid inlet and a fluid outlet are formed in the heat collector.
