A system for linking an online account and messenger banking are provided to process a partial financial transaction before confirming a real name by applying a rechargeable prepaid card concept to an online account corresponding to online financial goods. A web server(100) comprises an interface providing unit(110), an information receiving unit and a information relay unit. When a predetermined client terminal device is connected with the web server through an interface unit, the interface providing unit creates a user interface which inputs financial request data to be transmitted to the web server from a user terminal device by interacting with the interface unit, and provides the interface to the user terminal device. The information receiving unit receives the financial goods request information which is inputted and transmitted through the user interface from the client terminal device. The information relay unit provides the financial goods request information to a information processing server equipped in a financial organization through a specified interface unit. |
