The vehicle (10) has a turbo compressor supplying compressed air to a thermal engine. Air is cooled by a supercharged air cooler (12). A heater (18) i.e. cab interior boiler, starts heating the supercharged air cooler when the thermal engine is extinct, where the heater is started with a preset frequency. A controller (24) controls estimation of the frequency according to which the heater is started. Two pressure sensors are placed in an air circuit. An independent claim is also included for a method for heating a supercharged air cooler of a vehicle.
