<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film which shows outstanding weather resistance, water resistance, and stainproof, and to provide a water based organic inorganic composite composition which can form the coating film. <P>SOLUTION: The coating film has a structure which includes: a continuous phase containing a metal oxide particle whose number-average particle diameter is 1-400 nm; and a polymer particle whose number-average particle diameter is 10-800 nm, and a rutile type titanium oxide particle whose number-average particle diameter is 1-400 nm which distribute in the continuous phase, wherein the total surface area of the polymer particle is in a range of 2-18% to the sum total of the total surface area of the metal oxide particle, the total surface area of the rutile type titanium oxide particle, and the total surface area of the polymer particle; the mass of the rutile type titanium oxide particle is in a range of 5-20 mass% to the sum total mass of the metal oxide particle, the polymer particle, and the rutile type titanium oxide particle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
