PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a charnel house, which is reduced in cost by facilitating processing in a conventional hexagonal grave or gable grave, particularly, in the gable grave, and facilitating the carry-in to a building site and assembly, can store remains of many persons, and can be internally maintained in a dry state by preventing the temperature rise within the charnel house. SOLUTION: A general house building method is used as an assembling method of a charnel house, all components including a charnel house body, a roof, a remains placing shelf or remains locker and a wing stone are processed as small stone material components to facilitate the carry-in and building.
