<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell-mounted vehicle capable of maintaining excellent performance of a power converter such as a converter. <P>SOLUTION: In this fuel cell-mounted vehicle 10, a fuel cell stack 16 for receiving supply of reaction gas and generating power by an electrochemical reaction and the power converter 17 for converting generated power of the fuel cell stack 16 are covered with each of separate cases 21 and 22 and are mounted under a floor of a vehicle body 11, and a power control unit 26 for controlling the power converter 17 is mounted to have a higher position than that of the power converter 17 in a compartment C provided at one end side of a vehicle advancing and retreating direction, in a state of the power control unit 26 covered with a case 27 different from the cases 21 and 22.
