PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener which can be attached to a horizontally disposed rod such as a rod fence or a disposed plate such as a plate fence spread at the edge of a merchandise display shelf or a merchandise display stand and can put up a paper piece simultaneously. SOLUTION: (1) The faster includes a frame member and a filling member (B) connected to the frame member. (2) The frame member is a part forming a frame for receiving the filling member and includes a frame body in which three side surfaces on a top side (A1), a back side (A2), and a front side (A3) are surrounded and a bottom side is opened. (3) The filling member is a shape which can be filled inside the frame of the frame member. (4) The filling member is connected to the frame member in a form capable of opening the inside of the frame member and the frontage of the frame. (5) The fastener has the configuration and form.
