A MONITORING SYSTEM AND REMOTE MAINTENANCE SYSTEM GATHERING ERROR INFORMATION IN REAL TIME AND DISPLAYING OPERATING CONTEXT

PURPOSE: A remote controlling system and a monitoring system displaying real time error information collection are provided to inspect the failure created in the low grade terminal in a remote site and control the lower terminal in real time. CONSTITUTION: One or more lower terminals transmits the operating information to an RMS(Remote Maintenance System) server. One or more low grade terminals performs a remote control command which is transmitted from the RMS server. The RMS server analyzes the operating information which it is transmitted from the low grade terminal. The RMS server transmits the remote control command in the low grade terminal.
