Brake fluid reservoir and manufacturing device thereof

The reservoir (1) has walls (111, 121) and partitions (112, 122) that are assembled by edge-to-edge welding at exclusion of edges (113a, 123a) of an upper element (113) and a lower element (123) of a detection well (104). A guiding surface is cooperated with a lip (116). The lip is deformed toward exterior of the detection well realizing a sealed junction of the edges of the elements without generating the projection, toward interior of the wells, produced by assembling under pressure and welding the walls. An independent claim is also included for a thermo-welding installation for realizing a brake fluid reservoir.
