PURPOSE: A vibration welding device which efficiently removes dusts generated when the upper and lower bodies of a processing target are fused is provided to prevent damage to the exterior of a product by removing dust from the inside of a product in a rear time base. CONSTITUTION: A vibration welding device comprises a vibration jig(300), a securing jig(400), a worktable(500), a pressure device(600) and a dust exhaust pipe(800). The vibration jig is combined in the lower part of a vibrator and supports the upper body of a processed product. The securing jig is arranged toward the vibrating jig. The securing jig supports the lower part of the body of the processed product. The worktable supports the bottom surface of the securing jig. The pressure device is installed on the lower part of a worktable. The pressure device pressurizes the securing jig to the vibration jig. |
