PURPOSE: A flexible dye-sensitized solar cell and a preparation method thereof are provided to manufacture an operation electrode and a counter electrode through a simple process by depositing the electrodes on a flexible polymer substrate. CONSTITUTION: An operation electrode(10) comprises a transparent conductivity oxide layer(2) which is deposited on a flexible polymer substrate(1), and also includes an oxide semiconductor layer(4). The oxide semiconductor layer is deposited on the transparent conductivity oxide layer under low temperature. A counter electrode comprises the transparent conductivity oxide layer which is deposited on the flexible polymer substrate, and also includes a catalyst layer. The catalyst layer is deposited in the transparent conductivity oxide layer under low temperature. Electrolyte is interposed between the operation electrode and the counter electrode.
