PURPOSE: A ziegler-natta catalyst, a producing method thereof, a using method thereof, and polyolefin manufactured therefrom are provided to produce the polyolefin with the catalyst having the high activity and the excellent fluff form. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of ziegler-natta catalyst comprises the following steps: synthesizing soluble magnesium dialkoxide as a reaction product including dialkyl magnesium and alcohol; contacting the soluble magnesium dialkoxide with a mild halogenating agent capable of exchanging one alkoxide with one halogen; contacting the outcome with a first halogen/titanium converting agent; contacting the outcome with a second first halogen/titanium converting agent; contacting the outcome with an organo-aluminum pre-activated agent; and heating the pre-activated agent.
