STRUCTURE OF OUTDOOR INSULATOR

PURPOSE: A structure of an outdoor insulator is provided to improve insulation performance by increasing the surface length of a porcelain tube mold through an uneven part. CONSTITUTION: A support insulator comprises a porcelain tube mold(110) and a porcelain tube(120). The porcelain tube mold is formed into a shade shape. A hollow is formed inside the porcelain tube mold. The porcelain tube is formed into a tube shape. The porcelain tube is combined with the hollow of the porcelain tube mold. An uneven part(122) is formed in the inner peripheral surface of the porcelain tube. An insulator flange(130) is formed in both ends of the porcelain tube in order to secure a strong bond between the porcelain tube mold and the porcelain tube.
