PURPOSE: A noncontact type data communication and a battery recharge pad for a mobile phone are provided to randomly expand the memory capacity of a wireless chip of a mobile terminal by using an inner memory and an external memory of the mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: A controller(201) controls the operation of a portable terminal device and a built-in memory(202) is built in the portable terminal device. An external memory(203) and a built-in wireless chip(204) are detachable from the portable terminal device. A coil(209) is built in the portable terminal device. A rectifying device(212) rectifies the electromotive force induced in the coil. A built-in battery(213) is charged with the DC voltage rectified of the rectifying device. |
