PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for safely and simply introducing an intracellularly introduceable material such as DNA, RNA or a protein into the cell. SOLUTION: This method for introducing the intracellularly introduceable material such as DNA, RNA or a protein into the cell, especially an animal cell, comprises colliding a liquid drop, not containing the intracellularly introduceable material and having a sphere-corresponding diameter of 0.001 to 10 mm, with the cell at a speed of 0.5 to 50 m/s with a spray gun in a state that the intracellularly introduceable material exists in the neighborhood of the cell, without using an electrospray.
