PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the transmission of vibrations of a fuel tank to a vehicle body, and to prevent the generation of rattling of the fuel tank. SOLUTION: In the fuel tank mounting structure 10, the fuel tank 14 is mounted to a vehicle body floor 12 through a plurality of shock absorbers 20. Therefore, vibrations of the fuel tank 14 when a vehicle travels can be absorbed by the shock absorbers 20, and the transmission of vibrations of the fuel tank 14 to the vehicle body can be suppressed. The mounting structure uses the shock absorbers 20, so that physical property change of a structure member due to atmospheric temperature or wearing of the structure member is hard to generate.
