PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant lighting device which improves the living density of natural enemy insects in a cultivating field by growing the natural enemy insects effectively with bunker plants so as to surely prevent the damages of agricultural crops by insect pests. SOLUTION: The plant lighting device 1 for plants is equipped with a light source 4 for lighting the bunker plants 3 raising the natural enemy insects against the insect pests in a house field 2. The light radiated from the light source 4 has a wavelength peak at 300 to 700 nm. By radiating the light having a wavelength peak at 300 to 700 nm from the light source 4, the light having the effect of promoting the plant growth or attracting insects is received by the bunker plants 3. Thereby, the wither of the bunker plants 3 is prevented, or fix the insects as feed for the natural enemy insects is fixed on the bunker plants 3 so as to raise the natural enemy insects effectively.
