PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper can container having superior design property and capable of preventing a lid body part from falling off, and opening/closing its upper end opening even when a sealant for sealing the upper end opening of a commodity storage part remains peeled off. SOLUTION: The paper can container comprises an inner cylindrical body 2 consisting of an inner cylindrical part 21 with an inner curling part 213A being formed on its upper end, a sealant 23 affixed to the inner curling part 213A of the inner cylindrical part 21, and a bottom plate affixed to the lower end of the inner cylindrical part 21, and an outer cylindrical body 3 consisting of a cylindrical outer part 31 in which a curling part 312A is formed on its upper end, and a substantially V-shaped tear is formed on its upper part except both end adhesive parts, and a top plate 32 affixed to the curling part 312A of the outer cylindrical part 31.
