<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently control the operation of a control system so as to reduce the electric rate, according to a limited contract power and permissible power, in the control system performing preset operations of a plurality of electric devices, based on time-zone power rate information. <P>SOLUTION: A first electric device 2 starts operation, when a timer means 13 determines that the electricity rate is in an economy-time zone. When an operation-detecting means 10 determines that the electric device 2 is operated at a permissible value or higher, the first electric device 2 is switched to a lower consumption operation, and then a second electric device 3 is allowed to start operation so that the used power can lie in a predetermined range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
