The plate (1) has two opposite flat sides (8, 9) that are arranged individually or one above the other. A positive contact mold (7) and a negative contact mold (10) overlap with each other. The positive contact mold protrudes with respect to one of the flat sides (8) of the plate. The negative contact mold is formed as a passage hole. A separating recess (13) is provided at an edge side of the plate. The separating recess extends only over a part of the thickness of the plate. The positive contact mold is connected to the plate over a thin area.
