THE PBA ASSEMBLY METHOD OF THE ELECTRIC LEAKAGE CURCUIT BRAKER SHORTENING ASSEMBLING TIME OF THE ELECTRIC LEAKAGE TEST LINE

PURPOSE: A method for assembling a PBA(Printed Board Assembly) is provided to improve working efficiency by integrating a pre-process with a post-process to construct a leakage test current line. CONSTITUTION: Two holes are formed on a PCB(Printed Circuit Board)(100). One of two holes is formed on an extension plate formed on the penetration hole of the PCB. Other hole is formed outside a zero phase current transformer(200) mounted on a PCB. A jumper(300) is fitted to two holes when the zero phase current transformer is mounted on the PCB. The jumper is soldered on two holes by a wave soldering device.
