PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor laser element to increase designing flexibility in an accumulated type semiconductor laser element. SOLUTION: This semiconductor laser element 100 is equipped with: a blue-violet semiconductor laser element 10; a two-wavelength semiconductor laser element 70 which is joined to the blue-violet semiconductor laser element 10 through fusion layers 1a to 1d provided in an island state; and a p-side electrode 17 with a leading wiring 17a formed so as to face the two-wavelength semiconductor laser element 70 with an air gap in a region where any fusion layers 1a to 1d are not arranged on a surface of the blue-violet semiconductor laser element 10.
