PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning sheet for removing scale and a scale removing method, efficiently and surely removing scales formed of calcium adhering to a surface to be cleaned such as a glass surface. SOLUTION: This cleaning sheet for removing scales includes a cleaning liquid containing a surface active agent and acid component and a sheet impregnated with the cleaning liquid. The cleaning sheet is stuck to the surface to be cleaned where scales adhere for a predetermined time. The acid component in the cleaning liquid soaked into the cleaning sheet comes into contact with the scales to cause chemical reaction between the acid and the scales, thereby softening the scales adhering to the surface to be cleaned so that the scales adhering to the surface to be cleaned can be easily removed. Further, since the scales can be softened only by sticking the cleaning sheet, damage to the surface to be cleaned and the time and trouble for removing the scales can be eliminated.
