PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter sharpener forming a sectional shape of a cutting edge after polishing into an optional shape with a simple constitution and preventing generation of nicks during the polishing. SOLUTION: A plurality of polishing materials (10) internally mounted in a body (40) are overlapped parallel to a pair of side walls (41, 42) so that directions of polishing surfaces (11) of the polishing materials (10) adjacent to each other may be alternate. Each support shaft (30, 30) is penetrated into each of a pair of through-holes (12, 41a, 42a) and (13, 41b, 42b) to be fixed to the body (40).
