<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure high system reliability and stability in a network-connected type analyzer control system. <P>SOLUTION: The analyzer control system includes, in a system server SS for supervising the whole system, an operation state monitoring part 2 for monitoring respective operation states of analyzer control servers, and a control server selection part 3 for selecting the analyzer control server of lowest load, based on the operation states of the respective analyzer control servers monitored by the operation state monitoring part 2, when receiving a use request of an analyzer, and for connecting the selected analyzer control server to the analyzer.
