PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bolt-less attaching structure of a radiator, that can absorb deformation due to contraction due to brazing of a core part of the radiator. SOLUTION: A hook plate part 20 of a rail shape having a C-shaped cross-section, in which an elongated hole 20a extending along a longitudinal direction of a side plate 14 is formed in an opposing face that opposes the side plate 14, is incorporated into the side plate 14. A groove part 17d formed in a resin bracket 17 is fitted in the elongated hole 20a. The resin bracket 17 is incorporated into the hook plate part 20 by being slid along the longitudinal direction of the side plate 14. The face opposing to the hook plate 20 of the groove part 17d is a curved face 17c extending in the longitudinal direction of the side plate 14.
