PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems wherein although a method of tying a shoelace braided up from the upper face front part of a shoe to the ankle is still the mainstream as a conventional shoelace tying method, there are some which utilize a hook-and-loop fastener to simplify the operation of taking off the shoe, but the tying strength tends to be insufficient, and it takes time and effort to tie the shoelace in the conventional tying method while requiring the operation of untying a knot and loosening the meshes when loosening the shoelace. SOLUTION: Wide straps 2 and buckles 3 are used instead of a lace. The tied shoelace is not thereby loosened carelessly while being very easily loosened when loosened, thus providing the shoe with a reliable mechanism that facilitates putting on and taking off the shoe.
