PURPOSE: A method of tracking multiple objects in real-time is provided to rapidly implement a measure for dangerous situations by detecting and monitoring dangerous behavior of the elderly, feeble, or a patient with a chronic disease. CONSTITUTION: A photographing apparatus(100) photographs a predetermined area consecutively. A camera information process module(102) processes the camera information received from the photographing apparatus and senses dangerous behavior. The camera information process module notifies a user of a sensing result through a communications module(106) to the monitoring server or a portable terminal.
