PURPOSE: A preparation method of a loop tape for a hook-loop fastening system and a loop tape formed therefrom are provided, which improve bond strength including splitting resistance and the like and permeability. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method of a loop tape for a hook-loop fastening system comprises: a step of preparing a loop tissue which is comprised of a fat tissue and a second fiber and includes a plurality of loops fixed to the fat tissue; a step of laminating the loop tissue on the non-woven fabric consisting of a third fiber including a third thermoplastic polymer; and a step of thermally fusing the fat tissue and non-woven fabric by applying heat.
