PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring tension of skin and a method thereof are provided to measure the amount of displacement of skin or muscle by adjusting the negative internal pressure of a portable sound pressure case. CONSTITUTION: A measuring unit(10) measures the amount of skin displacement according to the change of the negative internal pressure by installing one or more sensors(12, 13) inside the sound pressure case. A sound pressure occurrence part(30) generates the sound pressure in the sound pressure case through the air intake tube.
